In order to ensure greatness in all our team members, each stylist must complete the mandatory 1500 hour Illinois Cosmetologist Certification to obtain their state license. At The Hair Xperts we teach our hair stylists techniques, values, and service in addition to how to style and finish hair, cutting techniques for men, women and kids, color and highlighting theory and trends. The education doesn't stop. The Hair Xperts Team continues to learn throughout their careers with both ongoing internal workshops as well as trainings with salon industry icons from all over the nation.
